He has a double degree in Businesses Management / HR Management from Australia, a MBA from UK and is currently reading for his PHD at PIM. Being a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis from London (society of NLP Trainers UK), certified Belbin and many other profiling tools supports him in this mastery of the mind.
He enjoys and thrives upon his involvement with numerous groups of people with diverse backgrounds and schools of thought.

Indika is a HR professional with hands on experience in HR development, Industrial relations, Negotiations, Coaching and performance management. He obtained a MBA degree from PIM (University of Sri Jayewardenepura) and also is an Associate member of CIMA. He got his first degree (B.Sc. Mgt.Sp.) from University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is trained on NLP at Tad James Co. Australia which made him a Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Certified NLP Coach, Time Line Therapy® Practitioner and a Hypnotist.
Dr. Asoka Jinadasa
As a thought-leader in Human Capital Development, he has made keynote speeches and presentations at global conferences in Australia, Malaysia, Poland, India and Sri Lanka on unleashing the vast human potential within every person. He won the 2015 MTC Global Outstanding Corporate Award for Consulting and the 2015 Asia-Pacific Award for Outstanding Contribution to HR. He has trained thousands of people in Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka. Chrishan has over 25 years of work experience in independent consulting, software development, project management, marketing and sales support, human resource development and process quality. Industry experience includes banking and financial services, and global IT services with organizations such as Virtusa Corporation, Societe Generale, Zaizi Asia, Nations Trust Bank and Union Bank of Colombo.
Dr. Prabath Karunanayake
The Lead Consultant at Prabath Karunanayake Associates, Dr. Karunanayake serves the corporate community as a trainer and facilitator of organization development initiatives. His main areas of focus include occupational health, employee wellness and personal development. Chandana is the Chief Business Officer for HNB General a subsidiary of the HNB Group. Chandana also plays the crucial role as an executive committee member and steering the Business and its support services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Kelaniya. A Fellow Member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), he received his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colombo and his Executive Education at NUS Business School. Was trained at General Insurance Vienna Austria and at AOTS Japan on Corporate Management. He also holds a diploma in German language.

Lasantha Abeywickrama is an accomplished Management Consultant and a Trainer and is the Managing Director of Diventars Training and Symbiosis Business Partners. He has driven a large number of successful consulting projects and training assignments with many leading companies in Sri Lanka and overseas for the past fourteen years. Currently he serves on the boards of Renuka Holdings PLC, Renuka Agri Foods PLC and Renuka Foods PLC where he has been a member of the Audit committee as well as the Remuneration Committee.

Irfan is an adman turned techie specializing in design thinking and digitization. He has over 18 years’ experience across marketing communications, digital marketing, product development and innovation management. Beginning his career at Grant McCann Erickson and subsequently JWT he focused on building brands in diverse industries such as telecom, financial services and FMCG and left the industry after 12 years as Vice President Account Management at JWT. Irfan’s final corporate assignment prior to being as full-time entrepreneur was Director – Innovation & Insight at MAS Holdings/Bodyline.

Dr. Charuni Senanayake
Dr. Charuni Senanayake is the Director for IAMCasia, Ambassador IIC&M – Sri Lanka and Maldives, M.B.B.S (PRC), M.P.H (UK), Professional Coaching (UK), Senior Coach IIC&M, Master Mentor (IIC&M) (applied). Born to a family of doctors, and a Registered Medical Doctor herself, Charuni has worked for World Health Organization (UN) for 9 years (out of her 15-year career), in the capacities of a Project Manager, Coordinator, External Stakeholder-Engagement Officer and a Donor Relations Officer etc. She managed large-scale UN Organizational Reform Project within WHO in the Western Pacific Region on program prioritization, value for money, human resources, communication and donor coordination, involving Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Viet Nam, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands etc.
Col. Raj Vijayasiri
Raj specializes as a Leadership Trainer and Certified Executive Coach. Raj has over 9 years’ experience as a Senior Manger Training in a leading Insurance Firm and in a Sri Lankan Conglomerate. Prior to joining the corporate sector Raj had a distinguished career in the Army for 25 years and retired as a Colonel. He served 16 years in the elite Special Forces and finally commanded the Special Forces Brigade. Raj was instrumental in introducing the Long Range Patrol (LRP) concept to the Sri Lankan Special Forces. He also took a leading role in establishing the Special Forces School in Maduruoya as the first Chief Instructor. Raj has won several medals for bravery in the battlefield.
